62 out of 66 patients were able to see their GP same day or next day, the others did not answer the question. 64 patients found it very easy to get into the building and 2 found it fairly easy.63 found receptionists very helpful, 2 said fairly helpful.66 patients said the surgery was very clean .59 patients were very satisfied with the care they receive at the surgery, 5 were fairly satisfied.

Minutes of PRG meeting held 4/3/19

(AA, JG, PC, MP,SC)

The patient survey results were discussed. The Group decided and agreed that no action was necessary due to the results being most favourable.

MP told everyone that we had recently had a visit from the Contract Monitoring Team. It was recently confirmed that we are compliant with GMS Contract requirements.

MP said that we had just had our infection control inspection, done by Public Health. We achieved 99%, we had received the results that day.

MP checked that the group were happy with the format of the meetings, or if they wanted anything to change- the group confirmed they want to continue with the current format.

DNA appointments-these are still a big problem, despite displaying the monthly did not attend figures. The group had previously elected to try a poster in the waiting room to try and encourage patients to cancel an appointment they did not need.MP showed the poster and it was approved by everyone in the group.
