We hope that you will be happy with all aspects of your health care, but in the unfortunate event that you have a complaint, comment or suggestion connected to this practice, please address it to our practice manager who will deal with your concerns appropriately. She will reply to your complaint within3 days, and will aim to finalise the outcome within 21 days.

There are questionnaire cards in the waiting room, which give you the opportunity to say whether or not you would recommend this practice to a friend or a family member.These can be completed at the surgery or in your own home, then either just drop the form into the box in the waiting room, post it or phone us to tell us what your response is.
